removal of all medical equipment from your location.
Federal & State Regulations:

trash or dumping your unwanted equipment is illegal and
both a federal and state offense.
Medical equipment must be sanitized and dismantled so that
their comprising materials can be recycled or
reconditioned for donation or resale. Throwing away any
trash, junk, scrap or waste Medical Equipment may result
in large fines and prosecution.
In addition, Recycled Medical Equipment may be subject to
specialized de-manufacturing services such as data
destruction (hard drive wiping), materials reclaiming or
reconditioning for resell or employee purchase programs

Recovery Services provides full documentation of all
material received, processed and shipped.
When
processing is complete, the client will receive three
documents:

A
certified document verifying use of ARS processes for
your records.

Settlement Summary
A breakdown of
equipment recycled through ARS including serial numbers.

Invoice/Credit
A financial settlement with credits or
debits due on the account.
