ARS offers custom designed solutions consisting of varied integrated services and logistics so you may choose your level of service.

What Reporting information is included?

Documentation
ARS Asset Recovery Services provides full documentation of all material received, processed and shipped. When processing is complete, the client will receive three documents:

» Settlement Summary
A breakdown of equipment recycled through ARS generally categorized into CRT and non-CRT bearing equipment including asset tags, serial numbers, and model numbers

» Invoice/Credit
A financial settlement with credits or debits due on the account

» We assume title to your equipment.
Your equipment becomes our equipment so it's no longer your legal responsibility.

» Logistics: ARS offers full logistics services. De-installation, packaging, loading, and shipping services are available in part or full according to your needs and budget.

» Hard drives are sanitized or destroyed depending upon your needs or requirements. We erase all data from hard disks using approved DOD "Department of Defense" techniques. This protects against software licensing infringement and loss of business, proprietary, client or other sensitive information. Drive shredding services are available.

» Asset tags are removed that may identify the original equipment's owner.

» Disposal & Recycling: ARS disposes of equipment through de-manufacturing, recycling, disposal, redeployment or resale.All recycled computer equipment is disposed of in accordance with all Federal, State, EPA and HIPAA guidelines.

» Certified audit report: ARS provides a certified audit report detailing the equipment disposed of, services performed and confirmation of data destruction.

» Certificate of disposal: You'll receive a "Certificate of Assumption and Disposal" providing evidence of services performed.

» All services are HIPAA compliant.
